  • Refunds
  1. Eligibility: We accept refund requests for products within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is in good condition. If the product has been opened and tried on for sizing purposes, it should be returned in good condition without any significant signs of wear or damage.
  2. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the refund request. We may require additional information or proof of purchase. Once your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please note that shipping costs for returning the product will be covered by us.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via online banking. Once the returned product reaches us and is verified to be original and in good condition, we will initiate the refund to the bank account provided by you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Replacements
  1. Eligibility: We accept replacement requests for defective or damaged products within 15 days of delivery. We also accept replacement requests for different sizes, subject to availability. If you need a different size, please contact our customer support team to check the availability of the desired size.
  2. Replacement Process: To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team with your order details, description of the issue, and supporting evidence. We may require you to return the defective or damaged product. If a return is required, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. Please note that shipping costs for returning the product will be covered by us.
  3. Free Replacement: We offer one free replacement for eligible products. If the replacement request is approved and the desired size is available, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.
  4. Subsequent Replacements: Additional replacement requests for the same product may be subject to a fee of Rs.100 per replacement. We reserve the right to assess the replacement fee on a case-by-case basis.
  • Exclusions and Limitations
  1. Product Care: Our refund and replacement policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, mishandling, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.
